Accomplished educator and trainer for 25 years with 10 years of management experience defined in public and corporate education and research. Career accomplishments include curriculum planning, assessment management, counseling, training, talent management, research, and serving under-represented and minority populations. Following Ph.D. completion, I spent time in Israel becoming familiar with the Arabic and Jewish cultures.
Educational proficiency has been achieved at all grade levels from Early Childhood through post-secondary education, as classroom teacher, counselor, administrator, and dean of instruction. To support the spiritual, intellectual, and physical well-being of the individual, family and community is a high priority. Because of the variety of career roles that I have pursued, my knowledge of organizational systems and its processes are diverse along with my understanding of the culture of families.
I am married with 4 children: Ashley, Alexys, Ayden, and Charli. I have a dog named Chance and my son has a monkey named Abu.
